Dr. Diva Nagula:

Dr. Nagula's medical journey is truly remarkable, showcasing his unwavering dedication and passion to serve others. He graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued his education at the prestigious Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, laying a strong foundation for his future medical career. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Emory University. These experiences allowed him to refine his skills and become a highly specialized physician.

Choosing to establish his practice in rural South Georgia, Dr. Nagula's commitment to exceptional care quickly earned him a well deserved reputation and a growing patient base. He went above and beyond by opening the region's first certified ambulatory surgical center, introducing groundbreaking interventional procedures.

Despite the additional responsibilities, Dr. Nagula always prioritized providing excellent care, personally overseeing every aspect of his practice. His remarkable success led him to expand into North Florida, opening a second practice to extend his expertise to more individuals in need.

Driven by his dedication to enhancing patient care, Dr. Nagula pursued additional training in Integrative Medicine through the esteemed program led by Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. This comprehensive training broadened his understanding of holistic approaches, enabling him to provide a truly integrative approach to patient well-being. Driven by his passion for growth, he continually seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and expertise.

Moreover, Dr. Nagula's personal health journey is nothing short of remarkable. He overcame stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, achieving remission through the principles of integrative and functional medicine. Making positive lifestyle changes, he revitalized his own health, experiencing newfound vitality and well-being. This personal transformation further fuels his dedication to his patients' health and well-being.

In addition to his medical achievements, Dr. Nagula is also a certified Master Reiki practitioner and has recently embarked on a shamanic path. These holistic practices complement his medical expertise, allowing him to address the intricate mind-body- spirit connection in his patients. Beyond the walls of his practice, Dr. Nagula's influence extends far and wide. He is celebrated as the esteemed author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller, FROM DOCTOR to PATIENT: Healing Cancer through Mind, Body, and Spirit; In this groundbreaking book, he shares his personal battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and provides invaluable insights on optimizing health and preventing chronic diseases. Through his engaging podcast, he reaches diverse audiences, sharing his expertise and exploring a wide range of health-related topics. Dr. Nagula's mission is to inspire listeners to take control of their well-being and make empowered choices.

Continuing to push the boundaries of medicine, Dr. Nagula is embarking on an exciting new endeavor. Alongside his two business partners, he is in the early stages of opening a wellness retreat center in Costa Rica, where he will serve as the chief medical officer.

This center will not only serve as a physical manifestation of his philosophy but also provide a transformative space for individuals seeking optimal health and well-being. It is yet another reflection of Dr. Nagula's commitment to revolutionize the healthcare industry and empower individuals to proactively manage their health.
