Second Saturdays (all 12 webinars)

Description

A Monthly Virtual Workshop

Second Saturday of Every Month | 11:00am – 1:00 pm ET
Online via Zoom (register for link)

What to Expect:

Step into a transformational yearlong journey led by Sophia Key West and her students as they guide you through an immersive series of introductory-level metaphysical and spiritual teachings. Whether you’re brand new to energy work or deepening an existing practice, Second Saturdays offers accessible, experiential learning designed to awaken intuition, strengthen inner alignment, and support your growth as a healer, seeker, or conscious creator.

Each month, we explore a new topic through the lens of the four sacred elements—AIR, FIRE, WATER, and EARTH—cycling three times throughout the year to deepen your understanding of energetic principles and seasonal rhythms. You’ll learn practical tools, receive guided experiences, and cultivate a spiritual foundation you can use immediately in your daily life.

From intuition to breathwork, shadow healing to Sacred Business, this series is an anchor point for anyone longing for consistency, community, and meaningful spiritual expansion. Come for one class or commit to the full elemental cycle—each session stands alone while weaving into a larger tapestry of transformation.

Awaken your gifts. Expand your awareness. Align with your purpose.
